Description

This sandwich ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) kit is intended for the quantitative determination of the total amount of glucagon-like-peptide-1 (7-36) and (9-36) (GLP-1 (7-36) and GLP-1 (9-36)). The primary amino acid sequence of the GLP-1 peptide is identical among mammalian species, i.e. rat, mouse, pig, human, etc.
